Washington, July 1 : Filmmaker Michael Moore had a tough time making his latest documentary 'Sicko', for many of the film's cast members died during the making of the film.
'Sicko' deals with the problems of the American for-profit health insurance and pharmaceutical industries
Talking to Larry King during an interview, Moore said that it was a hard movie to make because the cast was people who were sick and dying.
He added that it was because of this he introduced a few elements of comedy and humour.
"It was (a hard movie to make). It was because we dealt with a lot of people who were sick and dying. Some died while we were making the film. So that's why I thought it was very important that there be a - a certain amount of comedy and humour in the film to relieve the... disparage," Contactmusic quoted him, as saying.
The movie has come under severe criticism from a variety of sources. The film has been heavily criticized for taking the Cuban description of their health-care system for granted.
