Macca learnt to be patient during divorce battle with Mills

Sir Paul McCartney has revealed that his divorce battle with estranged wife Heather Mills has taught him how to be patient.

London, Dec 9 : Sir Paul McCartney has revealed that his divorce battle with estranged wife Heather Mills has taught him how to be patient.

The former Beatle summed up his year as 'quite exciting' but admitted to have learnt a lot.

"F**k all. Algebra? B Minor? Patience, perhaps? Obviously the low point was the whole divorce thing," the Mirror quoted him, as telling Word magazine."That situation isn't madly great. But there you go. Patience is required. It's happening and I'm working through the process," he added.

The 65-year-old rocker said that the stressful divorce battle and legal wranglings were unlikely to figure in his songs.

"I tend to do hopeful songs in order to counteract the angst. I'm not so good at angst-ridden songs. My natural optimism tends to take over."
