London, Dec 9 : Pop singer Ashlee Simpson has revealed that she smokes secretly as she doesn't want her fans to know about her bad habit.
A source spotted the 23-year-old singer last week during a ciggy break outside boyfriend Pete Wentz's East Village bar, Angels And Kings where was requesting a photog not to take her picture.
"I don't want my fans knowing I smoke," The Daily Snack quoted Simpson, as saying.
"It's so bad, but I just crave nicotine sometimes," she added.
Recently, a steamy clip of the singer's boyfriend making out with an unidentified woman made rounds of video sharing website Youtube.
The 29 seconds clip, dubbed as 'The Pete Wentz Sex Tape' was also played on gossip blog PerezHilton.com.
