Harry Potter author JK Rowling has earned the top spot on Barbara Walters list of 10 Most Fascinating People of 2007.
Washington, Dec 8 : Harry Potter author JK Rowling has earned the top spot on Barbara Walters' list of 10 Most Fascinating People of 2007.
Rowling released "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows," the seventh and final novel in her blockbuster boy wizard series, and saw the successful release of the fifth hit "Harry Potter" film this year.
The veteran TV personality unveiled the top ten people who mesmerised her the most on ABC on Dec 7.
Also making Walters' year-end list are Victoria and David Beckham, Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Hudson, and Bill Clinton.
The founders of social networking site MySpace, Chris DeWolfe and Tom Anderson also made it to the list, reports Usmagazine.com.
Controversial talk host Don Imus also received a nod from Walters as did Venezuela president Hugo Chavez.
Katherine Heigl, who recently called her hit film Knocked Up "sexist," also found a place amongst Walters' top ten.
"I think it is a great list because we have people from business, we have people from politics, we have movie stars, we have sexy stars, we have singing stars," Walters told Access Hollywood.
