London, Dec 28 : Singer Melanie Brown has emerged victorious over her ex hubby's court bid to stop her taking their daughter on the band's tour.
Scary Spice's ex hubby, Jimmy Gulzar had demanded seeing their eight-year-old daughter Phoenix over every other weekend.
He also insisted that Mel B should be forbidden from taking the girl on Spice Girl tours.
However, a Los Angeles court ordered in favour the 32-year-old singer, saying that the girl would have a good experience travelling around the world.
Phoenix, who turns nine in February, can travel with her mum until March.
Mel B also has a baby daughter named Angel Iris, from Hollywood funnyman Eddie Murphy.
