Jamie-Lynn Spears father spent Christmas Eve away from his family, because he was still furious with his ex-wife Lynne, cashing-in on their 16-year-old daughters pregnancy.

Washington, Dec 27 : Jamie-Lynn Spears' father spent Christmas Eve away from his family, because he was "still furious" with his ex-wife Lynne, cashing-in on their 16-year-old daughter's pregnancy.

Jamie Spears snubbed his ex-wife and pregnant daughter by putting up in Los Angeles for work.

"He did not spend Christmas with [Lynne] or Jamie Lynn and instead stayed in LA to work," Usmagazine.com quoted a Spears family source, as saying.

The source also revealed that Jamie is not supported by his daughters, and works hard for his living.

"He doesn't get a dime from his daughters. He busts his ass to take care of himself. That's why he's so furious with Lynne," said the source.

The source also revealed that while Lynne receives a percentage of her daughters' salaries, Jamie, who spends long hours working as a private chef to make a living, "refused to take any money and 'profit off of his children.'"

However, Jamie visited his grandchildren, Sean Preston and Jayden James, the sons of his daughter Britney and her ex-husband Kevin Federline, while he was in LA.
