London, Dec 21 : 'Oasis' star Noel Gallagher has topped the list of '100 Coolest British Men of 2007.'
Second on the list, compiled by Zoo magazine, is Liverpool and England footballer Steven Gerrard.
Doctor Who's David Tennant landed the third spot, while current James Bond, Daniel Craig, came fourth.
At number five was Soccer ace David Beckham, followed by Formula One star Lewis Hamilton at sixth position.
Comedians Simon Pegg and Ricky Gervais stood seventh and eight respectively.
Boxer and 'BBC Sports Personality of the Year' Joe Calzaghe and Arctic Monkeys frontman Turner came ninth and tenth respectively.
"These inaugural awards have revealed some quite surprising results with Noel Gallagher, who has acquired something of an 'elder statesman' role, topping the poll," the Daily Snack quoted Ben Todd, Zoo editor, as saying.
"It shows that he is someone young people today strive to be like - perhaps even more so than when Oasis dominated the charts a decade ago," he added.
The list also included Sir Paul McCartney at the 55th spot and Sir Mick Jagger at 73rd.
Prince Harry made to the list at number 37 while Simon Cowell was a late entrant at number 98.
