At one point, the Brit beauty's mystery man, who was in trunks, draped himself over her almost-naked body as she talked on her mobile.
It's the second time in three months that Kate has holidayed without Jamie.
"They were very playful and touchy-feely and seemed to be having a lot of fun," News of the World quoted a fellow holidaymaker, as saying.
