Washington, Dec 19: Actress Kate Hudson has revealed that mum Goldie Hawn had banned her from having ice cream when she was pregnant.
The 28-year-old actress had gained a wobbling 30 kilograms (70 pounds) while she carrying son Ryder in 2003.
This is what prompted concern from her superstar mum.
Hudson admitted that her mother would literally take away her spoon, arring her from eating ice cream.
"I would be eating ice cream and my mum would literally pry the spoon away from me, saying 'You've had enough to last you a lifetime," Contactmusic quoted Hudson as saying.
The American actress, recently, expressed her love and support for ex boyfriend Owen Wilson after he reportedly tried to commit suicide in this summer that was partly blamed over to his split with the actress.
