Led Zep concert ticket stubs as costly as the tickets themselves!

Rock band Led Zeppelins fans are dishing out as much as 125 pounds just for ticket stubs from last Mondays comeback concert.

Washington, Dec 17 : Rock band Led Zeppelin's fans are dishing out as much as 125 pounds just for ticket stubs from last Monday's comeback concert.

The paper scraps are in high demand with fans ready to go to any length to get hold of the souvenirs.

The rush for the stubs means that they are selling at the same face value as the tickets for the performance itself.

One of the sellers, who was among 18,000 fans to see Robert Plant and the band considered himself lucky for being able to see the legendary band perform live, reports The Sun.

He wrote on auction site eBay: "I was one of the lucky ones. This is the ticket from the show 20million people also wanted to go to."

Another concert-goer revealed that he saw someone selling the ticket stubs for 20 pounds and used security wristbands as they left London's O2 arena.

"It was bizarre - now I know why. But there's no way I'd sell, no matter how much I was offered," said Tony McLearie, 44

However, the phone footage of the concert has been removed from YouTube following the orders of Zeppelin's management, who feared it would hit the official DVD sales.
