London, Dec 10: Pop singer Dannii Minogue had admitted that she has a special relationship with the with X Factor guru Simon Cowell.
However, recently the Aussie singer laughed off the rumours that they are anything more than just good buddies.
Rumours started off when the Dannii and Simon were spotted together leaving the BBC studios after a shoot.
"It looks like we're holding hands," Mirror quoted the singer as saying.
The 36-year-old singer felt that it was the camera angle that made it look different from what it was.
"But if you look at the picture you can see I'm laughing - and it's at that point I realised from the angle of the camera that it looked a lot different from what it was," she added.
"I think it's just the easiest conclusion to jump to, " Dannii said jokingly.
The X factor co-judge says that she respects Simon's advice and opinions.
"At the beginning of the series I had to call him sometimes and say, 'I was thinking of doing this...' We agree on a lot of stuff and you can see mostly that the panel is split with Sharon and Louis, and myself and Simon because I am not scared to say what I think," she said.
Dannii also admitted that she has been facing verbal attacks from Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne on and off screen which have also left her in tears.
"It is hard to be on the receiving end of some of that stuff. Because I don't know the three judges as well as they know each other it can be more upsetting."
"When I am on set I still feel a bit of an outsider," she added.
