Spears was shooting in Los Angeles for her single 'Give Me More', but production came to a halt when she suddenly began 'sobbing hysterically'.
Yet hours later, she invited extra Mike Encinias for a topless frolic in the pool before inviting him to her room at LA's Standard Hotel.
"I went in and found Britney lying on the bed with her knees up and just a pair of pink panties on. She was looking like she was ready - and I wanted to finalise it," Contactmusic quoted Encinias, as saying.
The dancer also claims that it was Spears' assistant who handpicked him, and a group of male pals for the rendezvous with the singer.
""Suddenly she shocked everyone by just stripping out of her top. She straddled me and put her legs around me. I started kissing her. Britney had more drinks in between me feeling her up, her boobs, and kissing her on the neck," Encinias added.
He however denied sleeping with Britney, but only because a bodyguard stepped in demanding he take his drunk pal home.
Spears officially divorced her husband Kevin Federline just days later (30Jul07).
