London, Aug 8 : It seems that Britney Spears shed her clothes for no reason during a cover shoot for Allure magazine's September issue.
The 'Toxic' singer was co-operative for the shoot, but failed to turn up for the interview, missing all the four appointments.
The magazine's editor Linda Wells said that the mum of two looked unselfconscious as she stripped down for hair and make-up, and that they did not hear from her after the photo shoot.
"She was entirely unselfconscious. She took off her wig and then stripped down to the waist, for no apparent reason, before sitting for hair and makeup," the Sun quoted the editor, as saying
"She was agreeable and co-operative but that was the last we saw of her... she missed four appointments for an interview," she added.
Spears will still appear in the issue's cover page and the interview will be replaced with an article on 'nature of celebrity'.
