After calling off his wedding last Saturday, Usher finally wed fiancee Tameka Foster in a private ceremony on August 3.
Washington, August 5 : After calling off his wedding last Saturday, Usher finally wed fiancee Tameka Foster in a private ceremony on August 3.
The two reportedly tied the knot in the Atlanta office of the R and B star's lawyer, which was way different from the over-the-top affair they had originally planned, reports People.
According to reports, Usher and his bride were to celebrate their union at the NY home of music tycoon LA Reid and had spent 10,000 dollars on invitations alone.
But the Chicago Sun-Times reports that the Friday ceremony, in their home state of Georgia, was much austere.
The wedding came after speculation that the couple had called things off because of disagreements involving everything from the wedding plans to the fact that Usher's mother, Jonetta Patton, didn't approve of Foster.
However, Foster dismissed those rumours, confirming that things didn't work out because she had a pregnancy "scare."
