The former Beatle was in the crowd watching the match between the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox.
The crowd welcomed the singer with a huge cheer and applause when his presence was announced in the stadium, reports Contactmusic.
McCartney took sufficient time to sign autographs.
The singer is currently at his home in the Hamptons on New York's Long Island relaxing.
