The reality TV star and her toy boy partner of two years, who have been on the rocks for quite a while, parted ways after a recent heated row.
Reports claim that a recent miscarriage, infidelity on both sides and alleged incidents of violence had made their relationship go through a bad patch.
The split has come just two months after Jade miscarried while three-months pregnant with Jack's baby, reports the Daily Mail.
A friend of the pair said that the two had been "growing apart for months."
The friend added that though both Jack and Jade are devastated, they have accepted that they don't have a future together.
Jade shot to fame after appearing on Celebrity Big Brother, where she fell from public favour after bullying fellow housemate, Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty.
