Legendary actress-singer Barbra Streisand is all set for a major movie comeback, her hubby James Brolin has revealed.
Washington, Aug 23 : Legendary actress-singer Barbra Streisand is all set for a major movie comeback, her hubby James Brolin has revealed.
Talking to Wenn, Brolin said that the Oscar winner is busy with her house, which is keeping her engaged all day.
Streisand's hubby of eight years also said that the actress' imminent film would be on a 'poignant subject'.
"She is currently producing and directing a house and you can't get her attention until eight o'clock at night. As soon as she's finished with that I think she's got one more great picture in her. I'm not sure what that's about but I know it will be a poignant subject," Contactmusic quoted him, as saying.
Brolin added that 65-year-old was keen on doing a film on AIDS, but it did not materialise since the Tom Hanks starrer 'Philadelphia' based on the same topic came out at the same time.
"She wanted to do an AIDS love story at one time and the time was really right, but then the Tom Hanks picture (Philadelphia) came out and it didn't happen. It's too bad that her film wasn't done on a low budget," he added.
