Singing star Beyonce Knowles learnt to treat fans with respect watching actor/rapper Will Smith.

Washington, Aug 20 : Singing star Beyonce Knowles learnt to treat fans with respect watching actor/rapper Will Smith.

The 25-year-old met Smith at a soundtrack signing for his 1997 movie 'Men In Black' and was impressed by his behaviour.

The then 15-year-old teenager made Smith her icon there and then after being overwhelmed by his charming ways.

"We were the last people he met," Contactmusic quoted Knowles, as saying.

"I said, 'I don't care if I ever get that famous, I will always be like him'," she said.
