London, Aug 16 : The woman, who alleged Lindsay Lohan chased her in her car on the night of her latest DUI arrest has revealed that she was scared that she would be killed.
Tracie Rice, who has sued the rehabbing star for 'assault, negligence and emotional distress', has claimed that she thought she and her friend Michelle Peck feared they were being carjacked.
Rice has stated in the court papers filed in Los Angeles Superior court, that they had to out-drive their car to escape death in the incident that took place in Santa Monica.
."I thought I was going to die and I am still traumatised," the Mirror quoted Rice, as saying.
Lohan is said to have had an argument with Peck's daughter at a party, before she visited Peck's home.
