London, Aug 16 : It seems that beleaguered singer Amy Winehouse left the US rehab centre she had checked into, and flew to London to get a brain scan done.
Despite her parents' request to stay back, the 23-year-old and her hubby took a flight to North Camden for the test.
Later, Winehouse and her hubby Blake Fielder-Civil paid visit to a private doctor's clinic.
"The London clinic has specialists who deal with brain-related problems," the Sun quoted a source, as saying.
Doctors asked the 'Rehab' singer to undergo brain scan after she suffered a seizure following a drug and drinks binge last week.
Winehouse's parents are contemplating getting her sectioned to make her get help for substance addiction.
A pal said that when Winehouse checked into rehab everyone was happy, but after just a few days, the singer wanted to leave the place.
"When Amy got to The Causeway everyone breathed a sigh of relief. She was supposed to stay for a few weeks and sort herself out. But after a couple of decent meals she insisted she was fit to go home," the pal said.
"She wanted to leave on Tuesday evening. People close to her are devastated. But Blake wants her to return to normality - and we all know what their normality is. They've even been planning to meet friends in Camden. It's madness," the pal added.
Another source said that the Brit star's parents are desperate for her to get proper treatment, but the singer will do it only with her hubby.
"Mitch is desperate for Amy to get some proper lengthy treatment but she'll only do it with Blake," the source said.
"Mitch even looked to see if he could get a restraining order against him but legally it's impossible," the source added.
