Washington, Aug. 16 : Director Quentin Tarantino hired a rickshaw to reach at a Philippine awards ceremony on Wednesday after his limousine got stuck in traffic.
The 'Pulp Fiction' filmmaker has revealed that his vehicle was grid-locked for two hours close to Malacanang palace in Manila, where he was to be honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
He says that he finally got a pedicab, which took him to the ceremony forty minutes later than originally planned.
"It was a lot of fun. It's the way it is, I guess. It was wild. No worries. I've done more serious things than that," Contactmusic quoted him as saying.
