Washington, Aug. 16 : Oscar winner Jeremy Irons once left fans at Ireland's Shannon Airport shocked by mopping the "filthy" floor.
The actor, who had been waiting to board a plane at that time, says that he was filled with boredom, which is why he decided to clean up.
"The place was filthy and needed a good clean for the comfort of passengers," Contactmusic quoted him as saying.
"There didn't seem to be any staff around... I know some of the other passengers thought it was as bizarre but to me it was quite a logical thing to do," he added.
