New York, Aug 1 : Actress Anne Hathaway reportedly cried her eyes out after a tiff with her boyfriend, real estate developer Raffaello Follieri.
According to a source, the couple had a heated argument at Nick and Toni's in the Hamptons and the 24-year-old rushed to the ladies room to compose herself.
"He started telling her off, and she argued back," New York Daily quoted the source, as saying.
"She rushed to the ladies' room twice, once for about five minutes and another time for at least 10 minutes. She apparently composed herself and came back to the table. Follieri paid the check, and they left," the source said.
The 'Becoming Jane' actress however was at ease by the time the two reached the Cinema Society's party for her film.
Cinema Society founder Andrew Saffir insisted that there was nothing wrong between Hathaway and Follieri and if she was a little emotional it was because she was moved by the flick.
"Anne and Raffaello were both at the after-party and very much together. If she seemed emotional it was because she had not yet seen the film in its entirety, and she found even the little she watched of the opening very moving," Saffir said.
Follieri's spokesman however refused to comment on the reports.
Meanwhile, the two have been sharing a rocky relationship ever since billionaire Ron Burkle sued Follieri for 55 million dollars alleging that the latter spent the money meant for a land development project on a private jet, care for their pet Labrador, and shopping sprees for Anne.
