Two winners of the Harry Potter competition are trading in their signed copies of the final book to make a quick buck on eBay.
London, Aug 1 : Two winners of the Harry Potter competition are trading in their signed copies of the final book to make a quick buck on eBay.
JK Rowling had autographed 1,700 copies of 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows' for fans aged eight and above, with the winners being named in a lucky draw on publisher Bloomsbury's website.
However, instead of keeping their copies safe and sound, two winners have put up their books on the internet auction site eBay, reports the Sun.
Less than a day after they were put on the site, one book received a bid of 3,000 pounds while the other had received a bid of 500 pounds.
Offers for the books are expected to shoot up before the auction draws to an end next week.
