SMC Entertainment, Inc. (SMCE) Announces Exclusive Broadcasting Rights to Its First Full Length Feature Film Should Have Been Romeo

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - June 12, 2015) - SMC Entertainment, Inc. (OTC PINK: SMCE) (the "Company"), a record label and content distribution company, is pleased to announce that its Film and Television Department, Skybar Entertainment, has been awarded exclusive broadcasting rights to its first full length feature film Should Have Been Romeo. Exclusive broadcasting rights include, but are not limited to: Broadcast Television, Satellite, On Demand and Pay-Per-View.

SMC's Skybar has also been issued a non-exclusive license to stream the film via Subscription IPTV's, Mobile and Non-Mobile devices, Gaming Consoles, and any Digital Rights/Channels agreed upon with the Licensor.

Should Have Been Romeo is the first of many films Skybar Entertainment will be announcing as the company continues to extend its reach into film and television digital distribution. In addition to broadcasting rights, SMC will be providing marketing and promotional services through its proprietary platform to insure the successful release of the film.

With an A-List cast and great reviews, SMC's CEO Ralph Tashjian is optimistic that Should Have Been Romeo will be a hit once Skybar places it with the right network and internet streaming services.
