Domino Data Lab Expands Team, Hiring Three Data Science Leaders

The three new hires are: Eduardo Ariño de la Rubia, Vice President of Product, John Joo, Data Science Evangelist, and Michael Osofsky, Vice President of Customer Success.

Eduardo Ariño de la Rubia,Vice President of Product, comes with a wealth of data science and product development experience, having spent the last three years at Ingram Content Group as Principal Data Scientist and lead of Ingram's robotics development. Before that, he led teams at Rent.com and Lightning Source. Eduardo is the co-founder of DataScience L.A., a data science community with over 1000 active members, and he is ranked in the top 0.1% of Kaggle competitors. As Domino expands its product capabilities, Eduardo's vision will guide the development of innovative features to increase individual productivity, improve collaboration, and speed the publishing of models to production systems.

John Joo, Data Science Evangelist, joins Domino to strengthen the company's thought leadership programs and to socialize best practices with Domino's customers, to help them improve their data science programs. John's deep technical knowledge and his thorough understanding of the requirements and opportunities of the industry are a perfect fit for Domino's vibrant executive team. John spent the last three years of his career as the Program Director and Director of Product at Insight Data Science, where he developed and led sessions of the data science program and was also responsible for growing the Insight Data Science community. John has a PhD in Applied Physics from Harvard University.

Michael Osofsky, Vice President of Customer Success, joins Domino from NetBase Solutions, where he was Chief Innovation Officer and Co-Founder. Michael's experience with helping customers adopt new products and drive business value from data will be invaluable as he helps Domino's customers incorporate the Domino platform into their data science programs. Michael's hire is part of Domino's increasing investment in providing world-class customer service in addition to a world-class product.
