Cocrystal Pharma Announces Late Breaking Abstract at AASLD Liver Meeting

BOTHELL, WA and ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - October 15, 2015) - Cocrystal Pharma, Inc. (OTCQB: COCP), a bio-pharmaceutical company dedicated to creating novel small molecules for viral infections and liver diseases, today announced that its late-breaking abstract was accepted for a poster presentation at The Liver Meeting, the annual meeting of the American Association of the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD) in San Francisco, November 13-17. The abstract, entitled, "Preclinical characterization of CC-31244, a potent, pan-genotypic nonnucleoside NS5B polymerase inhibitor (NNI) for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C", will be presented by Dr. Sam Lee, President, on Monday the 16th at 12:30 pm. In the abstract, Cocrystal disclosed the genotype coverage, in vitro and preclinical properties of a novel NNI inhibitor, CC-31244
