"I'm thrilled to be part of the high-velocity team at Sophos. I've always been drawn to up-and-coming technology companies, and Sophos is at an exciting point in its nearly 30-year history," said Givens. "Sophos has all the ingredients and talent to become a disruptive leader, and I'm excited to see what the future holds."

Wolfgang Hilpert will have responsibility for NSG engineering teams in Germany, Canada and Hungary.
