RealtyTrac Expands Real Estate Data File Licensing Team With the Addition of Industry Veteran Jeff Mattice

RealtyTrac® (www.realtytrac.com), the nation's leading source for comprehensive housing data, announced today that veteran licensing and business development executive Jeff Mattice has joined the company as Vice President of the Data Solutions team. He will report to Brian Mushaney, who recently joined the RealtyTrac team as executive vice president of Data Solutions. In this role, Jeff will help grow the company's rapidly expanding data licensing business.
RealtyTrac recently announced the launch of data licensing for a nationwide property-level dataset of tax, deed and mortgage records for 125 million parcels nationwide. In addition to its proprietary foreclosure database of more than 20 million current and historical foreclosure records and local and environmental data available through its subsidiary Homefacts. Jeff has been tasked with developing the data licensing business and spearheading penetration into previously untapped business segments.
Jeff was previously with Black Knight Financial Services, formerly known as Lender Processing Services, for 13 years. In this capacity Jeff served as the Director of National Licensing and Business Development with the company's Applied Analytics division, where he increased sales volume and broadened the brand's reach. Additionally Jeff spent five years as Regional Director of Licensing at CoreLogic.
