FuelQuest Announces GRAIL 2013 Conference Speakers

Dr. Philip K. Verleger, Jr., noted energy consultant and president of PKVerleger LLC, will deliver the keynote address on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. Dr. Verleger is a respected economist and former director of the U.S. Treasury's Office of Energy Policy who over the last 25 years has chronicled the evolution of energy markets and correctly anticipated most of the major structural changes occurring in the oil market.
