EdgeWalk at the CN Tower Hosts Wedding of a Lifetime

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - October 04, 2013) - Toronto's EdgeWalk at the CN Tower, the world's highest hands free walk on a building hosted one of the highest and most unique weddings in the world on September 19, 2013 at 8:20am.
Lacy Boland and John Kirk from Barrie, Ontario, were the first to be married on the edge of one of the world's greatest man-made wonders, 356m/1168ft (116 storeys) above the ground. The wedding party included a Minister, a wedding party of four as well as their parents.

Walksuits for the occasion included white, pink and tuxedo styled. For safety, elasticized rings were exchanged on EdgeWalk and actual wedding bands were exchanged back on the ground. After the ceremony, the couple enjoyed a celebratory lunch at the CN Tower's 360 Restaurant.

EdgeWalk is a full circle hands-free walk on a 5 ft (1.5 m) wide ledge encircling the top of the CN Tower's main pod.
