Walker-Bowman is a fifth-generation member of the F&M Walker family and is a wife, a mother of an infant daughter and the first female executive at the 107-year-old banking institution. "I'm looking forward to sharing my thoughts on women in leadership roles in the business world," said Walker-Bowman. "As I've discovered in my own life recently, women are uniquely responsible for juggling these diverse roles.
