Wireless Age Files Fourth Quarter 2011 Financial Statements

Wireless Age Communications, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WLSA) ("Wireless Age" or "the Company") announced today its unaudited earnings for the fiscal period ended December 31, 2011.

"We are pleased to announce total revenues of $5,499,000 for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011, stated John G. Simmonds, Chairman & CEO. Net income for the full year was $2,338,886 or $0.03 per share.
