Voyageur Spirit underway to Huntington Field

Stavanger, 1 October 2012: Norwegian Energy Company (Noreco) is pleased to announce that the tow of the FPSO "Voyageur Spirit" from the Nymo yard to the Huntington Field commenced yesterday, in line with plan. Production start at the Huntington Field is expected before the end of the year.

The Huntington Field is located in licence P1114 in the UK part of the Central North Sea. E.ON Ruhrgas UK E&P is the operator and owns 25% of the licence. Noreco owns 20%. Other partners are Premier (40%) and Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. (15%).
