Era Training Center Announces Randy Rowles as Instructor at the Airborne Law Enforcement Association Annual Conference

Era Training Center's very own Randy Rowles will be instructing at the Airborne Law Enforcement Association's (ALEA) 42nd Annual Conference & Exposition that will take place July 11-14, 2012 in Reno, Nevada. Mr. Rowles will cover the following topics: NVGs - "A Change in Tactics and CRM," and a CFI Workshop - "Instructor Intervention; When and How." "These courses are provided as a train-the-trainer opportunity. Instructional accidents continue to be a leading cause of helicopter accidents industry-wide. About Randy Rowles
Mr. Rowles, VP/General Manager, brings a wealth of experience to Era Training Center, most recently employed with Night Flight Concepts as VP of Business Development and NVG Training Programs. Through his previous employment at Bell Helicopter, he held the position of Senior Flight Instructor Specialist, conducting VFR, IFR and NVG training in Bell Helicopter commercial aircraft, and was the author of the Bell Helicopter P3 program. He has extensive experience in EMS, Corporate, Utility and Flight Training, having accumulated more than 12,500 hours. He was designated as the first Master Certified Flight Instructor (MCFI) for Helicopters in 2010 and was the first MCFI in the State of Texas.
