Wellstone Filter Sciences, Inc. CEO Releases Letter to Shareholders

Wellstone Filter Sciences, Inc. (OTCBB: WFSN), released a letter to shareholders from CEO, Ori Rosenbaum. The letter provides shareholders a closer look at Auri's business from its history to brand and future company goals.

Dear Shareholders,

As we previously announced, Auri Design Group, Inc. took control of Wellstone Filter Sciences via a reverse merger that went effective on February 24, 2011. The paperwork for our name and ticker symbol change was filed on March 25, 2011 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and we expect to announce its completion by mid April.

History
Founded in 2007 and launched in 2008 in the men's category, Auri is a technology-based men's and women's fashion footwear brand, headquartered in Laguna Beach, California. After a successful men's launch in 2008, Auri began incorporating its performance technology and trend-right style to the women's category for spring 2010. Since soft launching and selling out of our debut women's collection in the spring of 2010, the spring 2011 collection is the brand's largest rollout to date. Since its initial launch, Auri is available in over 100 retailers including Nordstrom and Nordstrom.com; Piperlime.com; Gary's & Co., Newport Beach; Andrisen Morton, Denver; Harry's Shoes, New York City; ORVA, New York; Shuz of Los Gatos; Butch Blum, Seattle; Lucky Shoes, Columbus; Bob Ellis, Atlanta; Hedi's Carmel, California; The Tannery, Boston; Reasons Shoes, Florida; Rubensteins, New Orleans and many more.

Technology and Design
Auri's unique design protocols involve the fusion of two processes, brought together to present footwear products that for the first time break the mold of equating beautiful shoes, with an uncomfortable experience. Technical and ergonomic characteristics (function) are engineered in parallel with the stylistic design of the footwear (form). Borrowed from the world of exotic automotive design, the two are brought together to present the best of both worlds. The end result is an extremely fashionable silhouette with technical innovations, imperceptible to even the most discerning of fashionistas.

Auri currently holds three registered and three pending patents for its innovative designs & technological breakthroughs.

Brand
The brand touts NASA co-developed materials and integrated suspension systems incorporated into contemporary and fashionable styles. In 2009, Forbes magazine selected Auri as one of "Americas Most Promising Companies." Taking the #8 position, Auri was the only company selected from the footwear, fashion or apparel industries.

Auri's core focus and design philosophy is to leverage the most critical and intrinsic values within the fashion, luxury and comfort segments of the footwear market and combine them into one -- thereby creating a totally new category. Everything from Auri's unique design protocols, to its company culture has been refined to create a "disruptive" brand in this otherwise staid industry. Experienced Team
Auri's leadership has worked within the design, development and engineering worlds of numerous high tech firms including Apple computers, Hewlett Packard and IBM. Auri utilizes this experience to set development processes and timelines for the design of both, the engineered technical aspects, as well as the continually evolving stylistic needs and trends.

This streamlined process allows Auri to bring in highly complex and comprehensive seasonal collections of fashionable and trend-right footwear, integrated with an unmatched level of technology as the value price proposition within the upper echelons of fashion footwear.

Future
Auri believes it is set for aggressive growth and expansion in 2011 and beyond with the women's product lines becoming a key growth component. Our fall 2011 collections are set to rollout into retail by August and will be our largest product rollout to date. Spring-12 is already being finalized with an even wider assortment of men's and women's fashions with higher levels of tactile, aesthetic, ergonomic, luxury and fashion appeal. Auri has already been approached by some of the largest names in both fashion and footwear looking to collaborate with this unique fashion lab and we are currently considering multiple licensing potentials.

Future growth opportunities have also been identified in several areas including leather goods and accessories that will resonate with the brand's core mantra of "high technology integrated with high fashion." International distribution plans are in the works to increase the brand's already growing global presence as well as our domestic distribution expansion. Increases of the brand's celebrity customer base and product placement opportunities will be continued areas of focus for the Company.
