New Developments for Cooper Holding Corp

June 8, 2011 - Cottage Grove, TN

Cooper Holding Corp (PINKSHEETS: SHAR), a publicly traded company engaged in the wholesale and retail sale of a diverse line of outdoor products through its wholly owned subsidiary Cooper Hunting Industries, Inc., announces the Research and Development team efforts in China are exceeding expectations meanwhile the Sales team is attending the Farris Brothers annual Dealer trade show in Jackson, MS on June 8-11.

This week in China, President Dan Cooper and Vice President Tim Durant have been meeting with the Research and Development team and our Chinese manufacturing partner to develop new products for the Cooper Hunting line. Mr. Durant reports that the new concepts are innovative and the development process is going well. He says, not only are our new product samples being completed quickly but the team is developing 3 completely new camouflage patterns that will likely expand beyond internal use to be marketed to other outdoor product manufactures. This will allow Cooper Hunting to collect ongoing revenues in the form of royalties.

Also happening this week, COO Bruce Ayers is working with our Sales team in Jackson, MS at the Farris Brothers trade show. Farris is 1 of 3 major distributors for Cooper Hunting Industries, Inc. and has a sales force comprised of 10 outside sale reps as well as 4 in house Telemarketers with annual sales revenues of $10,000,000. The show will provide an opportunity for dealers to meet the Cooper sales team, have a hands-on review of our products and place orders for their retail locations. As a result our expectations are that this show will increase sales revenues and assist Cooper in gaining national recognition.

"The pace at which Cooper Holding and Cooper Hunting are gaining momentum is very exciting, although not completely unexpected due to the development of our innovative products. Newsworthy future developments can be anticipated," said Dan Cooper, CEO.
