NeuLion Powers the Online Platform for DIRECTV Sports Networks' ROOT SPORTS(TM)

(TSX: NLN), the multi-platform broadcast technology company, announced today that its digital platform was chosen to power the newly launched websites for DIRECTV Sports Networks' three regional sports channels at The three networks, formerly FSN Northwest, FSN Rocky Mountain and FSN Pittsburgh were rebranded ROOT SPORTS™ in April 2011 with the start of the Major League Baseball season.

Working with ROOT SPORTS, NeuLion designed and launched brand-new, interactive websites including on demand, sports video content for the ROOT SPORTS television networks. In addition to the newly redesigned websites, NeuLion's unique content management system gives ROOT SPORTS powerful control of the sites' content so that the regional sites can be quickly updated with articles, videos, advertising, promotions and rich media.
