Globus Maritime Limited ("Globus" or the "Company"), (NASDAQ: GLBS), a dry bulk vessel owner and operator, announced that it has filed its Annual Report and audited financials for the year ended December 31, 2010 on Form 20-F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
