Cubic Corporation Board of Directors Approve Semi-Annual Dividend and a One-Time Special Dividend


February 22, 2011 - SAN DIEGO, CA

Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB) today announced its Board of Directors approved a regular semi-annual dividend of 9 cents per share. In addition, the Board of Directors, in recognition of the strong performance of the corporation in 2010, declared a one-time special dividend of 10 cents per share. The dividends will be payable on April 5, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2011. Cubic has paid uninterrupted semi-annual dividends for 39 years.
