Mumbai, January 28, 2008: Arshiya International Ltd. (BSE: 506074), a leading global supply chain services company today announced the un-audited results of the company for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 (Q3).
Consolidated Highlights
1.Revenue was Rs. 10,543.74 lacs; a YoY increase of 270.88% and a sequential increase of 15.29%.
2.Net Profit after Tax was Rs. 1041.53 lacs; a YoY increase of 247% and a sequential increase of 85%.
3.EPS was Rs. 2.31.
4.EBITDA margin for the quarter was Rs.1393.57 lacs.

Arshiya will be investing Rs 3000 crores to build three Free Trade Warehousing Zones (FTWZ) in India and Middle East for providing integrated supply chain services to enhance exim trade.
