Mumbai, Aug 13 : World cinema aficionados across India and the SAARC territories now have a chance to experience and enjoy true cinematic delights at their leisure.
NDTV Lumiere announced it will go online with online entertainment portal www.jaman.com. Titles from NDTV Lumiere's extensive acquisition list will be available on the site at a price of 2 dollar per download.
World cinema enthusiasts can now choose from a wide range of highly acclaimed films that NDTV Lumiere will offer on Jaman. Viewers can choose to watch films through real-time Internet streaming. Alternatively, they can download the movie on their personal computers and watch it as many times as they wish for a period of 7 days.
This service will be made available across the SAARC Territories, which comprise of India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Maldives.
Announcing the association with Jaman, Dhruvank Vaidya, Senior Vice President - New Ventures, NDTV Imagine, said, "This is another step taken by NDTV Lumiere to ensure that the best of world cinema is accessible by audiences.
