New Delhi, July 19 : The Government on Thursday approved 17 Foreign Direct Investment proposals worth nearly Rs. 5.9 billion.
The Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) in its meeting on July 13 had recommended the 17 FDI proposals to the Finance Ministry.
The major investment proposals pertain to the ministry/departments of industrial policy and promotion, information and broadcasting, revenue and economic affairs.
